You will receive a text and email upon booking and a day before your appointment. Please communicate with me if you are unable to make your appointment. Understand that I am not able to text and remind every client about their appointment so please be aware of your appointment.
We know that things happen. If you will be running late, please send us a text or email regarding the lateness. If you are more than 10 minutes late without notice your appointment will be canceled. Late fee of $10 will be applied to your remaining balance.
We know that things happen, if you are needing to reschedule please let us know in a timely manner. You are able to reschedule your appointment ONE time with the same deposit. You are able to reschedule your appointment through email, if you are having trouble email us for help. Deposit can be used for current month only.
If you book a class with us and need to change the date of the class you are welcome to ONE time with proper notice. Please do not message us the day before your class stating you will need to reschedule your class, it will be canceled.
Deposits for classes goes towards the remaining balance and is due once the class is done.
Depsosits for classes are non-refundable.
We accept the following payment methods: Cash, Apple Pay, Tap Pay and we are able to send you a link through Square.
