You will receive a text message and a email confirmation regarding your appointment 1 day before. If you're not able to attend your appointment please inform us the day before by email or via text.
We know things happen and can understand if you are running late. Please just inform us if you run late. You will have a 10 minute grace period, if you're passed your grace period and haven't inform us we will cancel your appointment and a fee will be applied.
We know things come up. If you have to reschedule your appointment please just let us know in a timely manner. You are welcome to reschedule your appointment ONE time with the same deposit. You may reschedule your own appointment through the email that's sent to you. If you have any questions regarding rescheduling please contact us.
We know things come up. If you have to reschedule your class please let us know in a timely manner. We should not have to reschedule out to you regarding your class. You are welcome ONE time to reschedule with the same deposit. A $15 fee will be applied to your remaining balance if have to reschedule a second time. No 3rd rescheduling a class.
We accept the following payment methods for the remaining balance: Cash app, Tap and Cash. We can also send you a link from our business to pay the balance due.
