You will receive a text and email upon booking and a day before your appointment. Please communicate with me if you are unable to make your appointment. Understand that I am able to text and remind every client about their appointment so please be aware of your appointment.
We know that things happen. If you will be running late, please send us a text or email regarding the lateness. If you are more than 10 minutes late without notice your appointment will be canceled. With the results of 2 or more cancellations, you will not be able to book. Late fee of $10 will be applied to your service.
We know that things happen, if you are needing to reschedule please let us know in a timely manner. You are able to reschedule your appointment ONE time with the same deposit.
Deposits are non-refundable unless I am in the wrong.
If you book a class with us and need to change the date of the class you are welcome to ONE time with proper notice. Please do not message us the day before your class stating you will need to reschedule your class, it will be canceled.
Deposits for classes goes towards the remaining balance and is due once the class is done.
